What is RRG Online?
We are specialty retail website that offers company listings and event listings for those in the specialty retail and gift shop industries.
Why are some listings in categories grouped by date while others are not?
Certain categories are meant for business listings and ideally, are more permanent than a typical classified ad. Having them grouped by submission date doesn't work well for these types of listings so we have removed the date grouping on certain categories and have sorted by business name alphabetically.
Why was my ad, event or photo deleted?
Although we are pretty open to what can be posted, anything that is deemed offensive will be removed from the website without notice.
Do you offer any other payment methods besides PayPal?
Money order, cash, email money transfer are some of the options available to you. Contact Allisyn Deyo to make arrangements.
Why is the activation email so important!?
Your submitted ad, event or photo will not appear on the Retail Resource Guide until you click the activation link in the email that is sent to you. Also, if you ever want to edit your ad or event you will need to click another link that is also contained in this email.
DON'T DELETE THE ACTIVATION EMAIL!.
I don't see a category that suits my needs?
If you are having trouble locating a category that suits your needs please contact us with your suggestion(s) and we will consider them for inclusion.
How do I remove my ad or event?
To remove your listing, simply click the Edit link in the email you received when first placing the ad. From there you can remove the ad permanently.
I didn't receive my activation email, what should I do?
In some rare cases you may submit a listing but never receive the email that is required to activate the listing. In these cases simply SEND US an email using the same email account you entered when creating your listing that states you never received the activation email.
How can I give my ad more impact?
You can greatly increase the effectiveness of your ad by doing the following:
- Press the return/enter key twice after each paragraph or text block that you would like to separate. This will create a blank space between text area and is more readbale
- Enter a lot of detail about the item or service being listed so you can spark site visitor interest.
- UPLOAD PHOTOS You are able to upload for FREE a photo with each listing. Show off your products, display your company logo, etc. Everyone loves photos.
- Make your listing Featured for a small fee. A featured ad is hightlighted, bold and it is also placed at the top of the listings!
